Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to FlightBravo ("FlightBravo", "the App", "we", "us"). FlightBravo is operated by Byte Size Productions Pte Ltd, Singapore. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address, a username, and a password (stored securely). You can also use FlightBravo as a guest. In Guest Mode, your progress is stored on your device only.

Gameplay and usage data. We collect your progress, scores, streaks, fuel balance, Bravo Points, leaderboard ranking, and how you interact with features of the App. We use this to save your progress, run the game, and improve it.

Voice input. Some radio-call exercises let you answer by speaking. Voice recognition for these exercises is handled by your device's built-in speech recognition service. FlightBravo receives only the text transcript, not the audio recording. Depending on your device settings, Apple may process your speech under Apple's own privacy terms. Voice exercises are optional, and typing is always available instead.

Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your card or payment details. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage your FlightBravo Pro subscription or Day Pass. RevenueCat receives your purchase receipts and your account ID.

Advertising and device data. Our advertising provider, Google AdMob, may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking when the App asks), approximate location derived from your IP address, information about the ads you see and how you interact with them, and basic crash and performance data.

Push notification data. If you allow notifications, our push provider, OneSignal, receives your device's push token, a device identifier, and basic device information (such as device model and operating system version) so we can send you notifications.

Photos. If you tap Share on a progress card, the App saves an image of that card to your photo library so you can post it, for example to Instagram. The App only adds this image. It never reads your existing photos.

Invites. If you invite friends, we create an invite link or code. We do not access your contacts.

Diagnostics. We do not run our own analytics or crash-reporting tools. However, our advertising and push providers collect limited technical diagnostics as described above.

3. Device Permissions

FlightBravo only asks for permissions it uses, and each is optional:

• Microphone and speech recognition: for voice answers in radio-call exercises.
• Notifications: for optional streak reminders and game updates.
• Adding photos: to save a progress card when you tap Share.
• App tracking (iOS): to allow Google AdMob to use your advertising identifier for personalized ads.

FlightBravo does not request access to your camera, location, contacts, calendar, health data, Face ID, or Bluetooth.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and secure your account
• Save your gameplay progress across devices
• Process voice input for exercises
• Operate invite and referral features
• Validate purchases and manage subscriptions
• Show leaderboards and rankings
• Serve advertisements and rewarded ads
• Send notifications you have allowed
• Understand how the App is used and improve its features
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Service providers: database and hosting providers, purchase management (RevenueCat), push notifications (OneSignal), and advertising networks (Google AdMob), who process data on our behalf or under their own privacy terms.
• Advertising partners: which independently collect device and usage information to serve and measure ads.
• Legal requirements and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the App.
• Business transfers: if FlightBravo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, and we will tell you if your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Public and Social Features

Your chosen username, Bravo Points, and leaderboard ranking may be visible to other users of the App through the leaderboard and social features. Please do not use personally identifying information as your username.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We keep your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. When you do, your associated data is permanently removed, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.

8. Children's Privacy

FlightBravo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and we do not serve child-directed advertising. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers outside your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to our secure servers and our service providers' servers, which are operated in accordance with the laws of Singapore and other applicable jurisdictions.

10. Advertising and Tracking

FlightBravo shows ads from Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads and ads between levels for free users. FlightBravo Pro removes ads. To provide and measure ads, Google may collect your advertising identifier, approximate location from your IP address, device information, and information about how you interact with ads.

App Tracking Transparency. On iOS, the App shows Apple's tracking permission prompt before using your advertising identifier. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized using your advertising identifier. You can change your choice at any time in your device's Settings.

Rewarded ads are optional. The core features of the App are available without watching ads.

Third-party policies. Our advertising partners' own collection and use of data is governed by their privacy policies.

11. Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications to your device with game updates and streak reminders. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

12. Aggregated and Anonymized Data

We may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify information collected through the App so that it can no longer be linked to you. We may use this data for research, statistical analysis, and improving the App.

13. Do Not Track Signals

Because there is no universally recognized standard for interpreting Do Not Track signals, FlightBravo does not currently respond to them. On iOS, you can control tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency setting.

14. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data:

• Access, correction and portability: request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it.
• Deletion: delete your account in Settings, or contact us.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): request information about, or deletion of, your personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• European Economic Area and UK (GDPR): access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability.
• Singapore (PDPA): access, correction, and withdrawal of consent.

15. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your data. However, no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Please review it periodically.
