1. Introduction

Welcome to FlightBravo. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).

2. Information we collect

To provide the FlightBravo experience, we collect the following types of information:

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password.

Gameplay and Usage Data: We collect data on your progress, scores, streaks, fuel balances, and how you interact with the App's features to save your state and improve the game.

Device and Technical Information: We automatically collect certain information about your device, including your device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and crash logs to troubleshoot technical issues.

Purchase Information: If you make an In-App Purchase, transactions are handled securely by Apple. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial information.

Mobile Identifiers & Tracking: We may collect mobile advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA) and utilize crash-reporting analytics tools to track user engagement and app stability.

Third-Party Authentication: If you choose to log in using third-party authentication services (such as “Sign in with Apple” or “Google Sign-In”), we will collect the information necessary to authenticate your account as permitted by your privacy settings with that third party.

3. How we use your information

To create and secure your user account.

To save your gameplay progress across devices.

To analyze App usage and improve gameplay, content, and features.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the App (e.g., database hosting services, analytics tools). These providers are legally bound to protect your data.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Data retention and account deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services.

Your Right to Delete: You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time by navigating to the Settings menu within the App and selecting “Delete Account.” Upon deletion, your progress, virtual currency, and identifying information will be permanently removed from our active servers.

6. Children's privacy

FlightBravo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

7. International data transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, or country where the data protection laws may differ. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to our secure servers, which are governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

8. Push notifications and communications

With your consent, we may send push notifications to your mobile device to provide game updates, streak reminders, and promotional information. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your device.

9. Aggregated and anonymized data

We may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify information collected through the App so that it can no longer be linked to you personally. We may use and share this anonymized data for any purpose, including research, statistical analysis, and AI model training, without restriction.

10. Do Not Track signals

Some mobile operating systems provide a “Do Not Track” (DNT) or similar feature. Because there is no universally recognized standard for interpreting DNT signals, FlightBravo currently does not respond to DNT signals or similar mechanisms.

11. Advanced user rights & regional privacy rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have advanced rights regarding your personal data:

Data Portability & Correction: You may have the right to request access to your collected data, ask for corrections to inaccurate data, or request a digital, machine-readable copy of your data.

California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to request a summary of the personal information we have collected, request deletion of your data, and opt-out of the “sale” of your personal information (FlightBravo does not sell personal data).

European Economic Area (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability.

12. Data security measures & breach protocol

We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest; however, no electronic transmission is 100% secure, and you transmit data at your own risk. In the event of a security breach compromising personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
